Works (01–15) mean constructing, installing, modifying or physically maintaining infrastructure — building, electrical, civil, water, mechanical, drilling, fencing, roads ancillary, and related codes.

Grades

Works companies receive a grade: capacity, not vanity. Assessment looks at qualified employees, experience, completed projects, equipment, office, bank account, ownership, and the contract value you may undertake.

Typical ladder: OC (entry) → A → B → C → D → E (highest, often unlimited ceiling). Ceilings differ by code. Example for Code 01 building construction (illustrative published structure):

  • OC — P1.5m
  • A — P3m
  • B — P7.2m
  • C — P12m
  • D — P30m
  • E — Unlimited

A Grade OC builder cannot normally bid a P6m building job. Grade first, ambition second.

New OC example (100% citizen)

  • Application P200 + OC subcode P300 = P500 initial
  • Annual subscription P200
  • Qualifying youth path example: P200 + P150 = P350 initial

Higher grades carry higher assessment fees; ownership mix can change the fee. OC–B are structured for 100% citizen ownership in the published tables. Confirm current fees before you apply. When you are ready to bid, tender-ready starts from P7,500 on our side.
