Before you approach CIPA
- Proposed company name(s) — checked on CIPA, Google, domain and social
- National ID (certified copies) for every director and shareholder
- Postal address, email and phone for each person
- Physical address with plot number and ward / location
- Shareholding decided on purpose (who owns what, written down)

Registration stack
- Name reservation (CIPA)
- Certificate of incorporation
- Constitution
- Secretary appointment (banks often require this)
- BURS e-services / TIN
- Tax clearance certificate
- Business bank account
- Trading licence (if required for your activity)
- PPRA (if you will bid for government work)

Finish line with School of Dropouts (if you registered yourself)
Secretary appointment + tax clearance + bank support — P1,000
