Compliance matrix
Build a matrix for every tender. Assign each requirement to a person. Use the buyer’s forms without rewriting them. Verify PPRA, BURS, CIPA, licences and professional registrations are current. Company names and ownership must agree across every page. The signatory must be authorised to bind the company. Sign, date and initial every required place. Bid security must use the tender’s exact wording. Keep proof of document purchase and compulsory attendance.
Technical proposal
- Answer the TOR or scope — not a generic brochure
- Show you understand the client’s problem
- Practical methodology, realistic plan, clear deliverables
- People matched to criteria; signed, current, traceable CVs
- Relevant similar projects with contracts, certificates, references
- Quality, risk, safety, reporting, sustainability where asked
- Never put prices in the technical envelope when separation is required
Make the evaluator’s job easy: prove every mandatory, answer every criterion.
