After submission

Watch clarification requests. Keep answers consistent with the original bid. Attend openings where allowed. Request a debrief when you lose. Record lessons in a tender register.

After winning

Do not start work without contract authority. Review the contract before signing. Lodge performance security and insurance promptly. Track deliverables, variations and invoices. Obtain completion certificates and references for the next bid.

Golden rule: make the evaluator’s job easy — prove every mandatory requirement, answer every evaluation criterion, submit everything exactly as instructed. Stack first: tender-ready from P7,500.
